Shipping And Returns
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: Your order will be shipped by the artisan who created your product and not by Artisan Hollow LLC. However, Artisan Hollow LLC will oversee the entire process until your product is received and you are happy with your order.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All domestic shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. That information will also be displayed at checkout if an item has a free shipping option. Because our artisans live across the continent, the estimated delivery time for your order varies and will also be displayed at checkout.
Some of the products we host in our store can be picked up locally. If you'd like to pick up your product in person, you will have that option at checkout.
Artisan Hollow is an online store and doesn't have inventory, nor do we ship out any product. Because of this, no product can be picked up at our store.
We currently don't offer shipping outside of the United States. We plan to change this option soon.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of our carriers falls into this group, you will be notified of the delivery method by email.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer free returns on products above $10 and within 30 days of purchase minus the shipping charges. You can return your product for in-store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original credit card used for the purchase. Once the 30-day window has closed, you will be permitted an in-store exchange for up to 60 days following your order.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
1. Your Name
2. The reason you are returning this product
3. The confirmation number from the email you received when you bought this product.
Please expect 1-3 days for your return shipping label to be emailed to you.
